Hi, I'm Coach Adam, and I'm thrilled to be the Head Coach at Cosmos Softball. While I've spent the last decade serving as an IT Support Analyst, essentially the "Tech Guy," at Carrollton City Schools, my true passion lies in coaching.

I grew up right here in Carrollton, GA and have had the privilege of calling this place home my entire life. My coaching journey began eight years ago when I started assisting with my nieces' teams, and since then, I've had the pleasure of coaching my own daughter from her T-Ball days onward. It was through these experiences that I discovered my passion for guiding and inspiring young athletes.

My coaching philosophy blends a light-hearted approach with a firm commitment to hard work and dedication. I firmly believe in pushing my players to reach their full potential while ensuring they find joy and fulfillment in every moment on the field.

For me, coaching is more than just teaching the fundamentals of the game. It's about creating relationships, instilling confidence, and witnessing the remarkable growth of each player. There's nothing quite like seeing a player conquer challenges they once thought insurmountable.

I am Coach Jacob, and I am excited to be an assistant coach for Cosmos Softball.

I grew up in Georgia, where I was a multi-sport athlete. However, my favorite sport was, by far, baseball. When my daughter started playing softball, I developed a passion for coaching. I realized that sharing my love and determination for athletics would not only help my child but also encourage her teammates as well. The most important thing I can share with them is the love of learning and the importance of improving oneself both on and off the field.

I aim to have an organization where the coaches and parents support and inspire their players. Whether your child is with our organization for a year or until they move on to a higher level of play, we want to teach them that the most important thing in life is to have a character and reputation that will create the life they envision in their dreams. We wish to teach them that how we interact with the members of our community and how we treat others is far more important than anything we will ever accomplish on the field.

I look forward to coaching and guiding your athlete both on and off the field and building memories that will last a lifetime.

Hi, I am Coach Kimber, and I am super excited to be an assistant coach for Cosmos Softball!

I grew up in Marietta, Georgia where I was a multi-sport athlete. Although my favorite sport was soccer, I understand the dedication, hard work, and drive to make oneself stronger and able to thrive in their sport of choice. I say that because I started soccer at the age of 9 and continued it through college on a scholarship. During high school, not only did I play competitive level soccer outside of school, but I was a 4-sport letterman to include softball.

I have always had the drive to help teach/coach others, and I was able to step into that atmosphere when my daughter found the love of softball. Not only do I enjoy coaching her, but the friends she has been lucky to call teammates. It is such an inspiration to be able to help the players find their love and drive for the sport but also in life.

My goal in this organization is to help encourage the players to continue their drive and dedication whether it is in this sport or through life choices. To help the players to understand that hard work gets you far, not only in this sport but in life. I want to help them set goals both on and off the field and help them achieve them. I want to help them understand that lessons they learn will help them on and off the field in everyday life.

I look forward to building this family with you and watching your child make memories and grow on and off the field. I thank you for allowing me this opportunity.
